Under the Articles of Incorporation, Arbor Glen Cluster Association, Inc was registered as a non-stock corporation in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1986.
In early June each year, the Annual Meeting of homeowners is held to elect directors (expired terms/vacant) to the Association's Board of Directors and discuss other Association business. All directors are volunteers, and must be the person on record as owning property in Arbor Glen Cluster. The Board of Directors is responsible for managing the affairs of the Association. This includes entering contracts necessary to provide services for the commuity and the maintenance of the Association's common property. The Board also has authority and responsibility of ensuring that Cluster rules, regulations, and policies are followed by all residents.
