Procedures relative to Delinquency & Collection of Assessments
The Board of Directors is charged with the responsibility to establish, assess and collect homeowner assessments. The Board believed it was in the best interest of the Association and its members to develop a uniform and systematic procedure for the collection of assessment. The BOD wanted a policy would assure assessments are collected timely and efficiently to minimize the loss of operating revenue. On June 14, 2017, the Board of Directors adopted the Policy Resolution on Procedures Relative to the Delinquency and Collection of Assessments.
